A Grand Celebration!
What an amazing End of Year Celebration!
With over 100 people in attendance, including Regis Jesuit President David Card, City of Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman and faculty, staff & school board from Aurora Central High School & APS, the event was a success!
BHGHCO acknowledged the 14 scholar graduates and the 8 collegian graduates, as well as, scholars who received awards for academic excellence, leadership, community service, mountain climber for overcoming adversity and a brand new ward entitled "The Hope Ignites Award."
This award is for the collegian who embodies the true vision of Hope at Boys Hope Girls Hope - not just wishing, but making it happen, a belief in oneself, taking advantage of all opportunities and resources. Someone who is truly benefitting from their education and overcoming obstacles. The 2024 Hope Ignites Award was awarded to collegian Isai.
Isai is studying electrical engineering and computer science at Colorado State University. This summer he will be participating in the CSU Space Grant Internship provided by NASA! Congratulations Isai!
