Packet Pickup is mandatory for all graduates:

• Receive your graduate packet with name card, parking pass,
• honors cords & other important information.
• Graduates will not be allowed into the correct part of campus on commencement day without the parking pass.
• If you cannot attend packet pickup, you must send someone in your place. No pickup day of commencement.
• Connect with the Alumni Association and The Center for cords such as legacy cord, philanthropy cord or first generation cord.

Packet Pickup Dates:

May 15th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in OSC Lobby

May 16th from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in OSC Lobby

If you cannot pickup your packet on these dates, text GRAD to 71444 for alternate arrangements.

As always, graduates are welcome to wear stoles and cords that represent their culture and student organization affiliations during the ceremony. This is a great way to showcase the communities that have supported and shaped your journey at Colorado State University Pueblo.

Additionally, you may decorate your graduation cap to express your creativity and personal achievements. However, we ask that all decorations remain appropriate. Graduate caps may not display any vulgar language, swear words, or content that may be considered offensive.

If you’re graduating in Fall 2024 or Summer 2025, you can join the May 17, 2025, ceremony. Just follow the steps to save your seat and get guest tickets.

If you’re graduating in Fall 2025, your ceremony will be in May 2026. If you have a special reason to walk early this May (2025), you need to follow the same steps to save your seat and get tickets.
