Congratulations on your conditional acceptance to Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences - College of Osteopathic Medicine Kansas City Campus (KCU-COM)! Each year, the admissions process becomes more competitive, and you should be extremely proud of this significant accomplishment.

Acceptance is conditional until all paperwork and coursework is completed.  Failure to submit all documents and forms by the due date will result in forfeiture of your seat.  Matriculation will be denied to applicants who have failed to maintain a good record of scholastic performance and/or personal conduct between the time of their acceptance and their matriculation at KCU - Kansas City 
 
IMPORTANT:
In order to hold your seat, you must submit the following by March 15, 2019:
You may pay the acceptance fee online or send a check/money order to the admissions office at KCU.  The signed arbitration and technical standards forms may be scanned and emailed to [email protected] or you may mail in with your payment. 

These fees are non-refundable regardless of reason. Withdrawing prior to matriculation does not negate the no-refund policy.
 
Additionally, the following documents will be due to secure your seat at KCU-COM Kansas City:
  • Immunization Form (due May 1, 2019)
  • Criminal Background Check (due May 1, 2019)
  • International Students: 
    Funding Assurance Form and supporting documentation emailed to Adam Dean (due May 1, 2019)
  • Updated official college transcripts for any missing or in progress coursework, including degree confer dates if applicable (due July 1, 2019)   *Transcripts submitted with your AACOMAS application are available for download to KCU. You do not need to resubmit, unless any updates have occurred.
All matriculation paperwork can be found on the COM Matriculation website .
 
Your KCU student ID number is S  . You will need your student ID for various steps of the registration process, such as paying fees and applying for financial aid, so keep this information handy.
