New York, New Jersey, Connecticut to Sue Over Federal Tax Law

The governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have formed a coalition to sue the federal government to challenge the constitutionality of the federal tax overhaul signed into law in December. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, a Democrat sworn last month, said the states' lawsuit against the bill could be filed in a "matter of a couple weeks."
