Incentive Point Opportunity:

Christmas Parade Planners/Volunteers

Every year, Atlantic General Hospital participates in the local Christmas parades to support our surrounding communities. The Berlin, Selbyville and Ocean City parades take place the first week of December. Our Christmas float is planned and decorated entirely by our associates. We get together for a few planning meetings in September and October, and decorate through the month of November.

If you are interested in joining our Float meetings, please contact Erin Cowder at [email protected]. Incentive points are earned for participation on the float committee and participation in the individual parades.

Munna Garg, M.D., Beverly Wilson, PA-C, and Tracy Fister - Atlantic General Primary Care and Pediatrics

"Dr. Garg has been our family doctor for 17 years, providing care for myself, my wife and two children. He is a rock. Not only do we love Dr. Garg, but his supporting staff as well. The office staff is always kind, they consistently answer the phone when we call and provide an overall great experience. We could not be more grateful."

Kacey Klink – Emergency Department Tech

"I would like to nominate Kacey Klink for Values Ambassador on behalf of Jennifer Light and our ED Charge Nurses. I regularly receives kudos for her in always performing well on our team, and advocating for our patients and community. She has volunteered to represent AGH at the Indian River High School Healthcare Careers events for several years and organized the ED table at this year’s Ocean City Convention Center Health Fair 2023. Kacey is our primary preceptor for new NT hires in the ED, performs all dietary and supply ordering, and makes great suggestions to streamline our ED processes. She thrives in our busy summer season, as evidenced by Jen Light’s feedback from a recent charge shift:

Just letting you know, Kacey really deserves premium pay!! (she was the only 7a tech on a busy day). She reads the department, knows how to move patients, anticipates needs and literally hustles her butt off! I can’t say enough, we had some really sick patients today!'"
