Master Builders’ Association of Western Pa., Announces Building Excellence Award Winners At Construction Industry Evening of Excellence Event on February 23, 2023.

Event Also Honored Three Individuals Noted for Leadership in Collaboration and Safety 

MBA’s Building Excellence Awards event brings together the Pittsburgh region’s top construction companies, architects and craftspeople. In fact, MBA membership accounts for more than 80 percent of commercial construction in our area.

Award categories include New Construction (ranging from under $10 million to over $25 million), Renovation Construction (ranging from under $5 million to over $10 million), and Excellence in Craftsmanship (exterior and interior). Additionally, three individual awards were presented, including the AIA-MBA Joint Committee James Kling Fellowship Award, the MBA Safety Champion Award, and the MBA Safety Professional of the Year Award.
“The commercial construction industry is thriving in our region,” said Dave Daquelente, MBA executive director. “Finalists and winners are selected by highly regarded professional judges in accordance with MBA’s strict guidelines and criteria, and include some of the region’s most respected names in our industry.”
