2025 marks the 70th Anniversary of The National Council of Negro Women, Inc., Westchester County Section. In celebration of this milestone year, the NCNW will recognize Westchester County leaders whose work exemplifies the program initiatives of NCNW National Presidents. Therefore, it is The National Council of Negro Women, Inc., Westchester County Section’s honor to announce that in recognition of her dedicated work in the integration of civil rights, entrepreneurship and social justice to improve the economic outcomes of African Americans, Kecia has been selected to receive the Dr. Shavon Arline Bradley Champion of Social Justice Award.

Dr. Arline Bradley serves as the current National President and CEO of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. She is a dynamic advocate for social justice and civil rights and is known for her extensive experience in community engagement, leadership and providing opportunities for women and children of color. As an entrepreneur, she has extensive experience in healthcare, diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEII), government affairs, and executive leadership. 

The NCNW 70th Anniversary Gala will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at the Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle, New York.
