It's hard to believe, but our 2023-2024 season is coming to an end. Varsity has been sung, graduation caps have been thrown, and another class of Wisconsin Singers has earned their place in UW-Madison alumnihood.

Congratulations to our graduating Wisconsin Singers! Earlier this month, the class of 2024 became the newest Badger Alumni. We are continuously proud of their achievements on and off the stage, and we are so excited to see where life takes them next. Once a Singer, always a Singer!

Kathie Sullivan-Tollack
With titles like “Miss Champagne Lady,” “World Vision Advocate,” and “Wisconsin Singer,” it’s no question that Kathie Sullivan-Tollack has a lot of stories to tell. This month’s Alumni Spotlight features Kathie, a Wisconsin Singers alumna who is a former performer on the Lawrence Welk Show and gospel singer.
 
Kathie grew up in Kenosha, WI, where she was very involved in music. She sang in the church choir starting at age 13 and was in the orchestra from a young age. She picked up the cello, her initial main instrument, in the seventh grade. Aubrey Bailey
Aubrey Bailey, a first-year lighting designer from Mukwonago, WI, recently finished her freshman year at UW-Madison and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre and Drama through the School of Education.

Aubrey’s first experience with lighting design was for her middle school production of “The Wizard of Oz.” When she moved into high school the following year, she was excited to pursue her newly-found passion through the theater department’s set building and lighting design team. As Aubrey grew into her love for stage design, she was on the lookout for opportunities to continue her art in college. That’s when she received an email about...
