Math Meets Policy: Assistant Professor Renee Bell (Mathematics), Alumna Juliana Cabrera (Mathematics) and undergraduate Shirley Paulino (math and physics) were selected by the American Mathematical Society to advocate on Capitol Hill. As part of a team of almost 300 mathematicians, they represented CUNY, making a clear and strong case for National Science Foundation funding.
