Starting Sunday, October 24, Cunningham UMC will return to worshipping in the sanctuary. Masks will not be required for fully vaccinated persons.
The CDC continues to recommend masking indoors during periods of high transmission. Masking is a personal responsibility and responsibility to your community. You may want to check the county-level information at https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#county-view to determine level of community transmission.
We will continue to provide a virtual (online) service for persons who are not comfortable or able to worship in person. Additionally, if we can find and train volunteers, we may simulcast the service to the Gathering Place, where a small group can be masked and socially distanced. Please contact Pastor Amy if you are willing to serve in this capacity.
As always, we ask that you be respectful of your brother and sisters in Christ, regardless of their personal choices in these matters.
