All Congregational Meeting Notification and Agenda

Our bylaws require us to cover three items of business at our annual Fall Congregational Meeting:
- Treasurer Report
- Auditor Report
- Election of Members of the Leadership and Nominations Committee
We will not be electing new members to Leadership and Nominations (L&N) this year. Our Dec. 12, 2021 update to the Bylaws reduced the size of L&N from 6 elected members to a minimum of 3 and up to 6 elected members. Not replacing 2 L&N members will reduce the committee size to 4 elected members for 2023, which is a more appropriate number for the current time.
Since we will not need to vote at this meeting, we will hold a VERY BRIEF congregational meeting (2 reports) immediately after the service in the sanctuary, followed by a board-led pitch-in luncheon and Q&A session. Please plan to join us!
