Notice of Special Congregational Meeting

Sunday February 20, 2022 – 10:40 a.m.

Pilgrim’s Vestry has accepted the Call Committee’s recommendation to advance Pastor Jennifer Rome for consideration as the next Lead Pastor of Pilgrim Lutheran Church.

You are invited to attend the meeting of the full congregation on Sunday February 20th at 10:40am. The meeting will include:

• The opportunity to hear the report of the Call Committee;
• A time for questions and answers with the Call Committee and Pilgrim’s Vestry;
• Hearing the motion and second to call Pastor Jennifer Rome as Lead Pastor of Pilgrim Lutheran Church; and
• An extended time to vote on the motion in order to include voting both in person and online.

A letter with details about the meeting was sent out by postal delivery on January 21 to member households of Pilgrim Lutheran Church (click here to view the letter). All confirmed members of the congregation are eligible to vote. Details for voting online are included in the letter sent to member households. Thank you for planning to attend.
