Our Public Works team has done an amazing job maintaining our beautiful community, so let’s take advantage of it! Staying active throughout the day can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
Ways to De-Stress and Enjoy the Outdoors:
✅ Take a walk! Fresh air can work wonders. Try a stroll:
- Down Field Dr.
- Along the pathway at Forest Park Beach
- Around the fields at Deerpath Park
✅ Get competitive! Grab a paddle and hit the pickleball courts—HR even has racquets you can borrow (stop by MS).
✅ Hit the gym! The Fitness Center is open during lunch breaks, so squeeze in a quick workout.
✅ Dine al fresco! Enjoy lunch outside with your coworkers. Some City buildings even have grills—plan a lunch gathering with your team!
This month, make time for yourself and prioritize stress relief. A little movement, fresh air, and connection with coworkers can go a long way. 🌼
