🌿 August is Wellness Month!

Let’s take this month to focus on feeling good inside and out! Whether it's getting more sleep, moving your body, eating well, or taking time to recharge β€” small steps can lead to big changes.

ο»Ώ

Here are a few ways you can boost your wellness this month:

  • Move more: Take walking breaks or try a stretch session at workspace.
  • Hydrate often: Keep that water bottle handy!
  • Take time to unplug: A few mindful minutes away from screens can make a big difference.
  • Try something new: Explore a new healthy recipe, hobby, or wellness app.
  • Consider making Self care Sundays a healthy habit before your calendar fillsup.
