Great news - the Employee Chili Cook-off will be held on Saturday, April 29 at Northcroft Park. As those of you who have attended know, it’s a great time to socialize with your co-workers in an informal setting while consuming perhaps way too much chili for one day! Last year there were 14 entries with very creative takes on classic chili. I look forward to another fierce competition this year.

Make sure to take the pulse survey to share your perspective on the City’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service. Increasing mental health initiatives was a theme heard throughout the City Manager Conversations, so we’re following up to gather more directed feedback. I appreciate you taking the time to participate in these pulse surveys, as your responses will help guide future decisions, like expanding EAP services.

Take care,

Jason

We value your feedback! You will find these pulse surveys throughout the year. The information will help inform organizational decisions.
