CTN launched a new Automated Reminders System pilot program on April 3, 2024, that will automatically notify families of an upcoming CTN specialty clinic appointment via SMS (text), email or voicemail.

The new system is being piloted with families that receive services from York Region’s Spasticity Management Clinic and Seating and Mobility Clinic, with plans to expand to all the York Region clinics soon after. Reminders will be sent five days and one day before the scheduled appointment to your registered email address or phone number depending on the contact method you have chosen.

To enroll for automated reminders, while booking your next appointment, the CTN Team assistant will ask for your consent.
