Learn How We are Supporting Families During the Pandemic

Post-Secondary School Transition Workshop
Plan for the future by attending this workshop hosted by Holland Bloorview on November 28th from 1:00 p.m to 3:30 p.m. This webinar is for youth with disabilities in grade 10-12 and their families to prepare for their transition to college or university.
Special Education Webinar: All About IPRC and IEPs
Join us on November 11th at 7:00 p.m. as York Support Services Network (YSSN) hosts our family resource team share a parent's perspective about the Identification Placement Review Committee (IPRCs) and Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for kids with disabilities and developmental needs.
