JULY 2023

Approximately 22% of Canadians identify as having a disability. That amounts to more than six million Canadians. CTN is proud to announce that it has joined the

Dear Everybody movement.

Where a picture says a thousand words, in advertising that picture should represent the whole of society and when it comes to disability, representation is key. In support of CTN’s mission, vision and values, we will continue to represent our clients, families and those with disabilities and developmental needs in the imagery we use and in the stories we tell.

July is Disability Pride Month

Although not officially recognized by the Canadian government (yet), it is a response and counteraction against ableism and social stigma. This movement started in the United States and is quickly growing into a global initiative for the empowerment and visibility of those with disabilities.
