United Way of Pennsylvania l December 18, 2025

As we look back on 2025, we recognize a year marked by rapid change, uncertainty, and growing needs across Pennsylvania. Through it all, the United Way network and PA 211 showed up. UWP and PANO brought together partners to form the Coalition of Critical Service Providers to push for swift action on the state budget and tell the story of what was at stake for our communities and nonprofit organizations across the Commonwealth. Local United Ways and community partners stepped forward to fill critical gaps and ensure families had somewhere to turn when support was needed most.

Together, this network worked on the front lines to strengthen financial stability, expand access to early learning, advance effective public policy, and support community stability. This work was rooted in local relationships and strengthened by statewide coordination, shared data, and collective advocacy.

UWP and PA 211 helped amplify this impact by elevating the voice of the network, sharing timely insights, and connecting local efforts to statewide systems and partnerships. Even in a difficult year, there was still much to celebrate. We’re proud to share the 2025 UWP and PA 211 Impact Report, which reflects what’s possible when local action and statewide collaboration come together to support neighbors and strengthen communities across the Commonwealth.
