STORIES

Keep Up to Date with CTN's COVID-19 Response and Resources
CTN adheres to public health measures to help keep our communities and citizens safe. Our commitment is to keep you updated on what's happening to support the children, youth and families that we, along with our network partners, collectively serve. Visit our COVID-19 Response and Resources page to see the latest information about local sites, any changes to services or programs and supports for families.

World Autism Awareness and Acceptance Day
April 2nd was World Autism Awareness and Acceptance Day. This year, our CTN staff wore rainbow colours. Why? Over the past several years the neurodiversity movement has focused on the unique nature of each individual on the autism spectrum. This has led to the evolution of how the day is celebrated by many. The different colours of the rainbow better symbolize the idea of autism as a spectrum. Want to learn more about this day? Read these books about autism or watch this video created by some amazing autistic advocates.

EVENTS
This events calendar features events hosted by CTN, our partner organizations and other local organizations that we thought may be of interest to your family. New events are added to our network calendar each week! Check out the upcoming dates for virtual events.
