HOPE INITIATIVE: DAY 25

Today we pray, with focus, for ten more of our neighbors' households. Praying with focus involves praying for the salvation of everyone in that home. Praying with focus also involves asking God to remove obstacles, boundaries, and barriers to the gospel. And, lastly, praying with focus involves praying that they would find a church, a family of faith. You and I know that church attendance alone won't turn an unbeliever into a Christian, but the church is where they will hear the gospel through sermons and experience the gospel through the relationships they develop with believers.

Now it's time to pray and go! Know that I am praying with you, and for you!

MISSIONS EMPHASIS HOPE FM SHARATHON

We are so incredibly blessed to have a Christian ration station right here in Palatka! Once a year 91.3 Hope FM holds a pledge drive, asking listeners to contribute to the ministry with either a one-time gift or by becoming a monthly donor. All funds raised are to cover expenses for the year. This year’s need is $60,000. The fundraiser will be held this Thursday and Friday, March 7th & 8th. Our own amazing Pastor Ron Smith, will be on the air on Thursday morning from 7 am to 8 am and again on Friday morning from 8 am to 9 am… and our wonderful Christina Duke will also be on the air Thursday from 10 am to 11 am. Be sure to tune in and please pray about supporting our ministry partner Hope FM 91.3.

Paul teaches us that there are different spiritual gifts, but they all come from the same Holy Spirit. All spiritual gifts are given so that we intentionally serve others in the body of Christ; they are not to serve us in our earthly desires but to serve the One who gifted them to us. 

First Kids is growing and we have several beautiful babies who need dedicated, intentional, and loving individuals who will serve on Sundays during Connect Group and Wednesday Night Activities.

If you are called to work with our First Kids, I will find a place for you. If you are not called to work with our First Kids I ask that you pray for our ministry because our First Kids are the future generation of our church; but they are more than that, they are also the present.
