Highlights: Coastal Cleanup Day, Linda Mar Beach Parking Alert, Carpooling Incentives, Fog Jog Early Registration
Connect With Pacifica This Week

Planning ahead, Coastal Cleanup Day is just a couple of weeks away. Pacifica is participating in the world’s biggest coordinated beach cleanup on Saturday, September 16 from 9-11am. You can sign up to volunteer through the Pacifica Beach Coalition . This is a great event to better Pacifica by eliminating debris at our beaches, parks, shoreline, parking lots and in our neighborhoods. I hope you get involved.

About a week later, all you joggers, should-be joggers and wannabe joggers have your special day. The Fog Jog will take place on Sunday, September 24 beginning at 9am at Salada Avenue and Francisco Boulevard.  Registration is $15, however the first 100 to register by September 7 will get a free t-shirt (and your size is guaranteed!). This event is, of course, part of that weekend’s annual Pacific Coast Fog Fest. See you there.

Please let me know if you have comments or questions, and  thank you for wanting to  Connect with Pacifica!
