Connect With Pacifica This Week

Happy kick-off to 2019! At the upcoming City Council meeting on Monday, January 14, the City Council will discuss potential amendments to the City’s Cannabis Business Program ordinances. The City is currently undertaking the permitting process for four different cannabis retail businesses, one of which is already open and operating. During this implementation process, numerous potential program amendments have been raised to the Council’s attention. Monday’s discussion will focus on getting further direction from the Council on various options before City staff drafts any ordinance amendments and returns to the Council for future consideration. The staff report is available here .
