Highlights: Pancake Breakfast Benefit for Swim Team, Disaster Preparedness Day at San Mateo County Fair
Connect With Pacifica This Week
Greetings!

Last year, Pacifica voters did not approve a measure that would have included a new library at 2212 Beach Boulevard. On Monday, the City Council will consider whether or not to eliminate that site from future consideration of a future library serving the City. This is an important issue that you may want to weigh in on during the City Council meeting beginning at 7pm. See the Agenda for more information.

Looking for some fun this weekend? The San Mateo County Fair is starting, and the public is invited to attend admission-free before 11am on Saturday June 10th for Disaster Preparedness Day. There will be special demonstrations by police, fire and emergency personnel. Also, closer to home, for ten bucks you can treat yourself to a hot pancake breakfast on Saturday morning from 9am – Noon at the Pacifica Community Center to benefit our Pacifica Sea Lions Swim team.

Please let me know if you have comments or questions, and  thank you for wanting to   Connect with Pacifica!

Best,
KEITH BRESKIN
Interim City Manager
