Highlights: Fog Fest Weekend, Update on the New Library Project, Coffee With a Cop
Connect With Pacifica This Week
Greetings!

Fog Fest is here! As you know, it’s a crowded event, so consider carpooling, biking, or walking over. Also, note below the City’s Family Fun Fest activities at IBL School on Sunday 1-4 p.m. While you’re at Fog Fest, please swing by the City booth and learn about numerous City goings-on.

One exciting update is that at the September 24th City Council meeting, the Council adopted an innovative two-branch operating model for enhancing services at the Sanchez Library along with a full-service new library at the existing Sharp Park library site. The Sanchez Library is being proposed with an Open Access model and design combined with Community Center Annex space. Broad public input and survey responses about this innovative operating model and design will be sought beginning now through this winter. You can take the quick 3-minute survey at the City booth during Fog Fest. It will also be available through the City’s website.

Please let me know if you have comments or questions, and  thank you  for wanting to  Connect with Pacifica !

Sincerely,
KEVIN WOODHOUSE
City Manager
