Do any CRAs use Parking Sensors to assist with Public Parking? If so where are they placed?

Just checking to see if anyone has successfully established a temporary moratorium on “nuisance” land uses within their CRA districts. My city is looking to create a moratorium on tobacco stores, massage parlors, alcohol retail sales, etc.

Are there any CRAs with a Real Estate Policy in place, specifically provisions addressing the fee structure in connection with selling, leasing and/or subleasing CRA owned or leased property in furthering redevelopment efforts?
