Go Deeper Thursdays

Thursday, April 1 from 4-5 p.m.

Join other Prairiewoods people via Zoom video conferencing for some healthy and necessary conversation in this time of spiritual deepening. This is an opportunity to relieve stress and connect at a deeper level. We have a brief check-in and talk about how our spiritual awareness and practice during this time of upheaval is shifting. Grab a beverage, relax and let's do this together!

Justice and Peace Stations of the Cross

Friday, April 2 from 10-11 a.m.

An annual Good Friday tradition, this form of the Way of the Cross is a silent prayer journey. To ensure recommended distancing guidelines, this year we will gather at the new bandshell in Riverside Park, La Crosse.

The Justice and Peace Stations of the Cross recalls the journey of Jesus as he carried his cross to Calvary. This prayer service looks at our modern-day justice issues in light of this biblical event.

Onsite: 1:30-3:30 p.m.

It is hard to believe two different trees have united as one for 50+ years! Yes, a pine and an oak tree are united underground and several feet above ground. We will explore such a tree and other usual and unusual aspects of trees and more, as Spring happens in this part of God's creation! Free will offering is appreciated.
