Wow, what a week last week - meeting after meeting and somehow work managed to get done in between or in the evening and this past weekend.. Good thing we have a long weekend ahead - which means I'll be taking Friday off as well.. When you don't take a full vacation, you settle for 4 day long weekends! Woohoo! The rest of the team will be working on Friday however, so if you need something email Mac or Steve...

The Connectfest Niagara is LIVE! Of course you are the first to see the site - Scroll down for more info... I am super excited to bring this event back to life. I've been talking about it for two years and I finally did it! I have an exciting line up of speakers - 7 of them all with great topics and many on the latest buzz word - A.I. Of course, I have lots of networking at the event as well, including a structured networking event hosted by one of our sponsors, Picl - have you heard of it? Interesting Stats

I was reading a report on the 'New Era of Social Media' yesterday - I found the above chart most interesting (where does your target audience fit in). Other stats in the report were just as fascinating - including TikTok is set to surpass Facebook in 2025 for most time spent on social viewing, and Gen Z are having fun with Threads. These are U.S. stats - but either way interesting.

Super Bowl Commercials

It wouldn't be a PRowl newsletter without the Super Bowl Bud Clyde video -- you know my love for the Budweiser Clydes... I think I watch the Super Bowl for the commercials (or watch YouTube for them anyway, since in Canada we do not see all the U.S. commercials.. Notably Volkswagen was back advertising during the Super Bowl in quite some time... And, Chip? Bet you can't eat just one! Are you old enough to remember the original ad - and do you even know what I'm referring to -- message me!
