Career Successes Built from In-House Technology

Our career outcomes are powered by our best-in-class technology, which seamlessly integrates with Salesforce to connect our partners with qualified military-affiliated talent faster, smarter, and more effectively.

Military Spouse Jobs and VetJobs leverages innovative technology to create meaningful connections between job seekers and employers while maximizing efficiency and impact. We streamline candidate management, employer engagement, and service delivery, ensuring accurate data tracking and personalized support throughout the employment journey.

Our technology infrastructure integrates effectively with partner organizations, training providers, and employer networks, enabling real-time collaboration and information sharing.

Protecting the PII of our candidates and team members is our top priority. In order to assist with that we brought in Defendify. Defendify provides us with monthly cybersecurity training, phishing simulations, dark web password monitoring, email monitoring to ensure no malware or bad actors make it through, account monitoring to ensure that team members accounts are not compromised, and website monitoring.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including names, contact information, employment history, and other personal data, is handled with strict safeguards and controlled access protocols. Through secure technology platforms, data protection best practices, and ongoing oversight, Military Spouse Jobs & VetJobs work diligently to ensure sensitive information remains protected while enabling effective collaboration with employers and partner organizations.

This connected ecosystem allows Military Spouse Jobs and VetJobs to serve thousands of veterans, military spouses, caregivers, and transitioning service members with greater speed, transparency, and effectiveness while helping employer partners identify and hire qualified talent.

Breaking News: We Smashed Our 2026 Goal Early!

2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year for the VetJobs National Guard and Reserve Program!

We kicked off the year with 9 state-level partnerships and set an ambitious target: hit 30 by December. Thanks to the relentless drive of Kaitlyn Smith (our new Military Partnerships Manager) and the stalwart contributions of John Harris (Outreach Specialist), we didn't just meet our goal—we blew past it. We hit 31 state partnerships this month and counting!

But we aren't stopping there. Our target is to deliver dedicated support across all 54 states, territories, and DC that make up Guard Nation.

To make that happen, we launched our new Training Partnership option. This allows states with existing standalone employment programs to seamlessly plug their candidates into VetJobs’ robust library of training opportunities.

Why does this matter? Standard transition programs often focus on active-duty service members taking off the uniform for good. But Guard and Reserve members—and their families—live in a unique, continuous loop: juggling military duty, civilian careers, and home life every single day.

Building support tailored to this dual-life reality is our mission. As we look to the rest of 2026, we’re charging ahead to partner with the remaining states and expand our reach directly into Reserve Component Commands.

Onward and upward!

A Fund, Still Waiting

By Regina LeValley

Money in a donor-advised fund (DAF) is already set aside for good. It is simply waiting on a decision. Military families are waiting too, though on something more immediate: work that pays enough to close the gap rather than narrow it.

Read how one decision brings both kinds of waiting to an end.
