Connecting the Dots for Schools and Community

Given our unprecedented mental health needs, we're leveraging the strength of our local System of Care to "connect the dots" and enhance our school-community relationships, knowledge, and capacity to best help students and families access support.

Our new series, Connecting the Dots for Schools and Community, is to designed to provide schools in each Putnam and Westchester counties with:

  • Overviews of the Coordinated Children's Service Initiative (CCSI) and Children's Single Point of Access (C-SPOA);
  • Updates on accessing resources and services; and
  • An on-going forum for dialogue and "Q & A" with school and community partners.

We'd like to thank our partners from the Putnam County Departments of Mental Health and Social Services, Westchester Department of Community Mental Health, and Southern Westchester BOCES for their commitment to our System of Care and support of our students and families. The two links below will allow you to register for your respective series, and they're followed by our additional professional learning opportunities and resources.
