A Divine Feminine Danceâ„¢ Event at The Yoga Sanctuary!
This event invites women from our community to engage in conscious, guided movement set to a variety of fantastic music!
Our time together will include Divine Feminine Dance, guided journaling and partner sharing. You’ll also be provided tools and support to help you consciously connect to pleasure as a frequency of joy, a balm for anxiety, a delightful elixir and a celebration of the essence of who you are!
No prior dance experience is required, movements are designed for all skill levels. This is a perfect opportunity for all women, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a newcomer, to explore movement in a supportive environment.
