Jeanette Saunders Joins AMAC as the Vice President of Education & Advisory Services
Jeanette Saunders is a distinguished professional with over 25 years of successful Strategic Planning & Performance, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Strategic Talent Management, Change Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) experience, including 15 years in the aviation industry both as a consultant and as an airport executive. Her work has helped multiple airports and other organizations receive national, industry and local awards and recognitions on overall performance, talent management and DEI.

Airports Authority Board Welcomes Brett Gibson, Recognizes Service of Departing Director and Past Chairman Warner Session
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors welcomed new Director Brett Gibson of Virginia and paid tribute to Warner Session, whose final term representing the District of Columbia will end on January 5, 2023. Gibson, an appointee of the governor of Virginia, is a Partner at Brown Advisory, a global investment firm that provides financial advice to individuals and institutions.
AREAS USA Awarded 15-year Contract to Operate
West Virginia Travel Plazas
Areas USA announced it has been awarded a 15-year contract to operate three West Virginia Parkway travel plazas and one snack bar on one of the busiest highways in the United States. The contract is estimated to generate approximately $272 million in revenue over the term of the contract while employing hundreds of local residents.
Remembering Jerome L. Davis--Former MWAA Chief Revenue Officer
MWAA remembers the life of Jerome L. Davis. Jerome was MWAA's Chief Revenue Officer from 2014–2021. He was responsible for formulating strategic business development plans and implementing processes to support revenue growth both at Washington Dulles International and Reagan National Airports.
