Expedition Acadia

September 27, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Come explore a Maine treasure, Acadia National Park, with guided experiences in and around the park. This event is open to everyone, so bring a friend! Registration includes bus transportation to and from Ellsworth, lunch, a T-shirt, and a full day of programming.

Reflections from the Pondi Alum Reunion

What a heartwarming weekend we had at Camp Pondicherry this May! As a proud alum, I was thrilled to be part of the reunion celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the completion and dedication of our beloved Pondi Chalet.

Despite the rain, some camped out in Deep Woods and enjoyed dutch oven cooking. We had over 32 people in attendance, including six who were at the original Chalet dedication on June 7, 1975.

Our re-enactment ceremony rekindled our love for the Chalet and our Pondi spirit. The ceremony was followed by a reception of Girl Scout Cookies, which, of course, helped build the Chalet. We were especially excited to welcome five new attendees and hope they join us again!

Our next reunion will be at the end of October 2025. For more information email pondialumni@gmail.com.
