The aim of this seminar is to help employers, managers, supervisors, health and safety professionals, safety committees and others create and maintain respectful workplaces free of bullying and harassment. Rather than focusing on what not to do, the seminar will provide strategies that replace bullying and harassment with positive behaviours.
