As we jingle all the way to the end of the year and prepare for the 2023 tax filings, we would like to remind you that you have not yet consented to electronic delivery of your W-2.
Without consent, your W-2 will be mailed to your mailing address or home address (if a mailing address is not recorded) as listed in eServe. With your electronic consent, you will be notified in late January when your electronic W-2 is available on eServe.
Further, we encourage you to review your personal information in eServe. Specifically, your addresses, Social Security Number, and paystubs, as this information will ensure prompt, secure delivery of your tax forms.
