The Conservation Leadership Corps -
Apply by April 30th!
The application period for the Conservation Leadership Corps is closing Saturday, April 30th.

Since its inception in 2002, the program has helped to grow and develop young conservation leaders. You may have met some of the CLC alumni in the professional world; they work for many of the state and federal conservation agencies, non-profits, public schools, and are conservation-minded members of society. If you know of a young person that is currently a sophomore in high school through a sophomore in college, is conservation-minded, and enjoys the outdoors, please forward them this information.

Students can apply online at: https://www.confedmo.org/clc/.
CLC conducts an annual clean-up and preparation for the outdoor classrooms at Prairie Fork Conservation Area near Columbia. *This workday is an optional volunteer event.
“The Conservation Leadership Corps is a program that I am simply honored to be a part of. It has given me the opportunity to communicate with other students that share the same passion for the outdoors as I do. As a member of CLC, I am able to make a difference in the world of conservation, by both volunteering in conservation efforts and being directly involved in conservation policy. I am so thankful for the connections I have made here that will surely last a lifetime.”
