From the Chair

Rhonda Torres

I pray you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have had a lot to be grateful for this year. The Conservatives of Lake Frederick have held strong, made an impactful presence in the 2024 election of our 47th President, and even though our candidates did not cross the finish line in 2025, we were able to financially assist their campaigns through our generous donations.

I am very proud of the group of people in our community who have stepped up, spoken up, and shown up for local, state, and national elections issues and elections. I pray our efforts continue to grow stronger. Besides the new friendships that have developed, I have greatly enjoyed getting to know the members of COLF, and look forward to working with everyone in the 2026 election year!

The Sourdough Bakery is now taking orders for Christmas. The bakery will be closed from December 10th-20th. I will be baking before and after to fill all orders. Please remember that the bread freezes, so don't hesitate to order early. I will be adding dinner rolls as an option for the holidays.

FUNDRAISING FOR COLF

Help a Compulsive Baker and our Mission at the same time!

I started baking sourdough bread earlier this year, and I just can't control myself. So, I thought, maybe I could share my delicious bread and donate 50% of the profits back to COLF.

I make many sourdough flavored breads (some not even imagined as of yet), bagels, English Muffins, dinner rolls, and Biscotti.

If you would like to support my habit, eat some very healthy bread products, and give to COLF, give me a call or text and we can discuss your bread desires.

Mountain Patriots

The Mountain Patriots are an educational ministry group in the western end of Frederick County. They provide a tremendous service to many areas of the county.
