Patient Satisfaction Tip of the Week
Tip #6: Scheduling Practice Hours that Work for Your Patients
Most of us are used to having a standard 9-to-5 type work day, including provider practices.

It’s so standard, however, that many patients can’t make appointments during those times because they are also working.

Consider expanding practices hours into evenings and/or weekends. Expanded hours allow providers to see patients who may otherwise forgo care (and eventually end up in the ER).

The result is better health for your patients and cost savings for your practice.
