Paul Stern and Trish Johnson presented a program at our popular By Women For Women retreat in March and were greatly appreciated. Now they are presenting a complete weekend program. 

Meditation and Qi Gong Retreat: “Breath- Exploring Presence through the Body-Mind”
No experience is necessary for this Zen meditation and Qi gong retreat. Zen Meditation will include both seated and walking practices indoors and outdoors. Qi gong promotes holistic wellness; you’ll learn breath/movement practices and spend many hours in silence, providing time and space to sit with yourself without dialogue and distraction.
