Exhibiting at trade shows is an important part of our business, the shows are an opportunity to discuss bunker sand with prospective customers while supporting turfgrass & industry organizations.
Nothing beats the opportunity to meet customers and prospects face to face, and the pandemic forced the cancellations of shows that we attend annually.
Well, we're back! Starting with the Carolinas GCSA Conference and Show November 15 - 17, in Myrtle Beach, we are excited to be back in front of golf course maintenance professionals!

Filter Media Trade Show Schedule

Isn't she a beauty! Now that Mack has strongly entered the Medium Duty NON-CDL market there are 8 different wheelbases offered from 150" to 270" that will support installed bodies from 10' to 26' long. This MD642R truck has a 26' Morgan van body along with a 3,000 lb. aluminum tuk-a-way liftgate. With a 250 HP Cummins Engine, Allison Automatic Transmission just turn the key and go to work.

I attended Learning about Business “LAB” at Lake Erie College the summer before my senior year. During our final presentation, R. W. Sidley, Inc. announced they were looking for a file clerk for their A/R Department. I initially didn’t want to apply since that meant I’d be forced to quit the softball team, since I couldn’t make the practices after school, if I was working. GO Skippers! But my father pointed out I wouldn’t be getting a softball scholarship, so I applied and got the job. That was almost 37 years ago.
I thank my parents for helping me make a great decision to start my career with R. W. Sidley, Inc. I am proud to be a team player for the Sidley team. I started part-time in the A/R Department, as a file clerk. I eventually held every position in A/R, from setting up new accounts, posting of payments and adjustments, banking, reporting, month end, collections to setting up procedures and new software, etc. I went full time in 1985 and have worked my way up in the A/R Department to the Operations Credit Manager.
There are several things that motivate me to come to work every day. The first is being able to help our customers with their accounts and any issues they may have and to maintain their accounts with integrity and accuracy. I love to provide great customer service. The second reason is because the R. W. Sidley company is a very successful company for over 88 years, that treats their employees and customers with utmost respect.
The people at Sidley are another reason, we truly are a family. I love how we work together as a team to get things done. There are so many different aspects to my job, so it never gets boring. I’ve worked on several acquisitions, a few computer conversions and other various projects over the last 36 years. I also handle the insurance claims and fleet insurance for Sidley and Jenks. I really do enjoy every day!
I’d like to thank the R.W. Sidley company and family for my career and the opportunities over the years. I am proud to be on the Sidley team!
