Third down month of construction spending pegged to slight home-building drop  - The total value of U.S. construction put in place surprised economists with a 0.1% slip during October. Tax-saving opportunity for 'opportunity zone' investors - An amendment to last year's tax reform bill created Qualified Opportunity Zones, designed to spur investment in low-income communities.
