Meet Jarrett
Jarrett is one of our highly motivated Project Managers. Jarrett graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a BA in Construction Management. He began working with CSC in December of 2022, and came with excellent industry experience. Over the past 10 months, Jarrett has done a tremendous job meeting owner and project expectations while managing many difficult projects both large and small. He is just another reason why we succeed at what we do. Our project managers are some of the best human beings around and we can't wait for you to work with them!

Jarrett is happily married with 2 children ages 1 and 4. In Jarrett's free time he enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as camping and jet skiing with his family and friends.

Recent Project

Frontier Credit Union, formerly East Idaho Credit Union is one of the fastest growing credit unions in Idaho. We have loved being able to build one of their branches in Meridian during the transformation. Throughout the project, we have remained flexible to allow for their needed design changes, as well as doing what we do best to keep them on schedule and on budget throughout the project.
Medical

More and more our experience with medical facilities is increasing. Our past projects have been anywhere from small remodels to new and innovative, state of the art facilities. We have loved the projects we have done to date and are excited to continue working on more as the opportunities arise. Scheduling- How We Differ

CSC is constantly striving to be better at what we do. One of our biggest focuses to accompany the quality we offer is our scheduling. Most contractors offer a schedule, but we approach it with greater attention to detail and use Lean Construction which has proven time and time again to deliver faster than our competitors. Here's a part of our formula for success:
  1. We post our schedule and revisit it with both owner and subcontractors weekly.
  2. We get input from our subcontractors to make sure there are no obstacles to their scope.
  3. We communicate daily with our subcontractors and assure nothing falls through the cracks.
  4. We use Procore which is advanced construction software. This technology is an invaluable tool for us and owners for detailed and efficient scheduling.
