AVERY PARKWAY TRAFFIC SWITCH 55-HOUR CLOSURE

Crews will switch traffic on Avery Parkway to the new lanes under the freeway and begin reconstructing the existing lanes between Camino Capistrano and Marguerite Parkway. Ramp and street closures are anticipated from 10 p.m. Friday, April 5 to 5 a.m. Monday, April 8.

The southbound on- and off-ramp and northbound off-ramp at Avery Parkway will be closed. The northbound on-ramp will remain open. Detour routes will be available via Crown Valley Parkway and Junipero Serra Road.

NORTHBOUND I-5 EL TORO ROAD ON-RAMPS AND OFF-RAMP WEEKEND CLOSURE

Crews will close the northbound I-5 El Toro Road on-ramps and off-ramp for paving. Closures are anticipated as early as 11 p.m. Friday, April 5 to 5 a.m. Monday, April 8.

Additionally, the three right northbound lanes on the I-5 from Alicia Parkway to El Toro Road will be closed as early as 8 p.m. Friday, April 5 to 6 a.m. Monday, April 8.

SOUTHBOUND I-5 LA PAZ ROAD LOOP ON-RAMP EXTENDED CLOSURE

Work continues on the southbound I-5 La Paz Road loop on-ramp through 5 a.m. Sunday, April 7 for bridge construction. 

Crews will also conduct nightly intermittent lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 between Alicia Parkway and Oso Parkway Tuesday, April 2 to Saturday, April 7. These lane closures are anticipated as early as 8 p.m.
