UPCOMING CLOSURES, KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

NIGHTIME LANE REDUCTIONS AND RAMP CLOSURES AT EL TORO ROAD

Nightly lane reductions and northbound, and southbound ramp closures on El Toro Rd. will continue as crews continue bridge work at El Toro Rd. between Rockfield Blvd. and Ave. De La Carlota. Please follow detour signage.

WHEN:

• Nightly, Monday, Jan. 30, through Friday, Feb. 3, starting as early as 9 p.m. and ending by 5 a.m.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Westbound and eastbound lane reductions on El Toro Rd. between Rockfield Blvd. and Ave. De La Carlota
• Northbound I-5 on-and off-ramps nightly closures, 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Southbound I-5 on-and off-ramps nightly closures, 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Southbound I-5 loop on-ramp at El Toro Rd. will remain open
• Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists

Crews will conduct roadway work requiring nightly ramp closures and lane reductions this week at La Paz Rd. between Muirlands Blvd. and Cabot Rd. The activity is tied to the bridge improvements as crews work towards completion of stage 2.

WHEN:

• Nightly, Monday, Jan. 30, through Friday, Feb. 3, 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Westbound and eastbound lane reductions on La Paz Rd. between Muirlands Blvd. and Cabot Rd.
• Northbound and southbound I-5 off-ramps at La Paz Rd. closed nightly
• Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists

AVERY PARKWAY BRIDGE WORK ONGOING, LANE REDUCTIONS NEEDED

Crews continue bridge work, requiring nightly lane reductions this week on Avery Pkwy. between Camino Capistrano and Marguerite Pkwy. The activity is in preparation for the girders to be set in Spring as the team works towards completing stage 3 of the bridge construction.

WHEN:

• Nightly, Monday, Jan. 30, through Friday, Feb. 3, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Westbound and eastbound lane reductions on Avery Pkwy. between Camino Capistrano and Marguerite Pkwy.
• Detour signage will be in place to assist motorists

What's Ahead at El Toro Road?

Crews will be installing new overhead traffic signals on El Toro Rd. at the northbound I-5 off-ramp in early February, requiring overnight work for signal modifications. You will also see bridge deck work continuing with an upcoming deck pour soon. More to come!
