The I-5 El Toro Road southbound hook on-ramp (via Ave De La Carlota) will be closed for roadway reconstruction starting Jan. 8. 

The ramp will be closed for nine days and will reopen Weds. Jan. 17.

Plan for additional travel time through the area.

Detour signs will be in place to assist motorists.

WHAT

The I-5 Alicia Parkway straight southbound on-ramp closure has been postponed and will now close on Tuesday, Jan. 9 for roadway reconstruction and paving. The ramp will reopen on Saturday, Jan. 13. 

Signs and detours will be in place during this extended closure.

I-5 EL TORO ROAD SOUTHBOUND OFF-RAMP: 

TENTATIVE: The I-5 El Toro Road southbound off-ramp is tentatively scheduled to close the weekend of Friday, Jan. 19 beginning at 10 p.m. The ramp will be closed over the weekend and will reopen Monday, January 22 at 5 a.m.
