LA PAZ ROAD CLOSURE AND

NIGHTLY LANE REDUCTIONS


Crews will be demobilizing (moving out) the large drill rig crane used for major bridge work on La Paz Rd. Moving out the rig will require a nighttime road closure 11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct.12, to 4 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 between Cabot Road and Muirlands Boulevard.

 

Nightly lane reductions at La Paz Rd. will occur from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10 through Friday, Oct. 14.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Nightly closure of La Paz Rd. from Cabot Rd. to Muirlands Blvd. (Wednesday)
  • Lane reductions, La Paz Rd. (Monday-Friday)
  • Signs will be in place to assist motorists with detours


The schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or unforeseen operational issues. 

ALICIA PARKWAY NIGHTLY RAMP CLOSURES

Northbound and southbound ramps at Alicia Parkway will be closed 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly from Monday, Oct. 10, and continue through Friday, Oct. 14.


During these closures, motorists will be detoured to neighboring ramps. The closures are required so construction crews can safely and efficiently conduct ramp, drainage and electrical work throughout the Alicia Pkwy. interchange. Please view our detailed closure list at the link below.

EL TORO ROAD LANE REDUCTIONS

Nightly lane reductions eastbound and westbound El Toro Rd. will occur from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10, Tuesday, Oct. 11, Thursday, Oct. 13 and Friday, Oct. 14 for bridge work. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Nightly lane reduction of El Toro Rd. from Rockfield Blvd. to Ave. De La Carlota
  • Signs will be in place to assist motorists with detours
