We are thrilled to bring you the latest updates on the construction activities happening within our community.

Keeping the community informed about the status of a new school construction project brings numerous benefits. It fosters transparency and trust between the school district and community members, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding the project's goals and progress. This transparency allows for open communication, enhances collaboration, reduces misunderstandings, and strengthens the sense of unity within the community.

As we continue through the heart of the winter weather, progress on the buildings interior has continued swiftly.

  • Interior Drywall on 2nd Floor North Wing:

We are thrilled to announce the completion of the interior drywall installation on the second floor of the North wing. This marks a crucial step towards creating functional and welcoming classrooms and communal spaces for our students and staff.

  • Interior Light Gauge Metal Framing:

The meticulous process of interior light gauge metal framing is well underway, contributing to the structural integrity and support systems of the building. This phase is essential for creating a safe and efficient learning environment.

  • MEP Rough-In:

The rough-in phase for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is in progress. Our dedicated team is working diligently to ensure that these critical systems are seamlessly integrated into the infrastructure, setting the stage for optimal functionality.

  • Fire Protection Rough-In:

Ensuring the safety of our students and staff is our top priority. The rough-in for the fire protection systems is underway, incorporating advanced technologies to provide state-of-the-art fire prevention and response capabilities throughout the entire school building.

  • Curtain Wall and Window Frames:

Excitingly, the installation of curtain wall systems and window frames on the North wing is underway. These elements not only contribute to the building's energy efficiency but also fill our learning spaces with natural light, creating a positive and inspiring atmosphere.
