We are thrilled to bring you the latest updates on the construction activities happening within our community. Our dedicated team of builders has been hard at work, and we are making significant strides towards completing our upcoming project.

Here's a summary of the construction activities taking place:

• Foundation Walls and Interior Footings and Piers

We are pleased to announce that the construction of foundation walls, as well as interior footings and piers, is well underway. Our skilled workers have been diligently working towards completing this crucial phase. These essential components will be finished by the end of the week, marking a significant milestone in our construction journey.

• Steel Erection

The next significant step in our construction process is the steel erection. We are happy to report that the steel delivery schedule is on track, with two loads of steel arriving daily. This steady supply ensures that our builders can progress smoothly with the erection process. The steel framework will provide the structural integrity and support for our upcoming project, and witnessing its progress is an exciting sight indeed.

• Interior Underground Electrical and Plumbing

Simultaneously, the interior underground electrical and plumbing work is currently in progress. Our expert team of electricians and plumbers is working diligently to ensure that the infrastructure is installed efficiently and to the highest standards. This essential phase will lay the groundwork for providing reliable utilities and services to our community.

• Upcoming Site Utilities

Anticipation is building as we prepare for the commencement of site utilities next week. This phase will involve the installation of necessary infrastructure to provide vital services, such as water, gas, and electricity, to our community. We are diligently coordinating with utility providers to ensure a smooth and timely process. Once complete, this will mark another significant step forward in the construction project.
