It's CCR Season!

The US EPA’s Safe Drinking Water Act requires the preparation and

distribution of your Annual Drinking Water Quality Report, also known

as a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), no later than July 1st.

To ensure we can help you meet this year’s compliance date of

July 1st, 2024, please complete the request and data submissions

no later than MARCH 1, 2024!

With the purchase of your 2024 membership dues,

MRWA can prepare your CCR for a fee of $125.00!

We will help you meet your regulatory requirements by (1) preparing your 2023 CCR and (2) providing you with the 2023 CCR certification form for your completion and submittal to the Maine Drinking Water Program.

We will also post your CCR on our website no later than June 30th, 2024, at no additional cost.

This year, we will be using an online fillable form for submission

of this critical information.

The intent is to create a streamlined process of data collection alleviating

the need for multiple inquiries. Please note, if you do not submit your request

for assistance and the accompanying information, we cannot proceed with

the completion of your CCR.
