NOTHERS CONTEST WINNERS ANNOUNCED!
Commitment to Greatness Award Winners!

The Silver Medal Winner is Darius Raso, who plays baseball with the Vaughan Vikings!
Although he is only 9, Darius has encountered significant challenges--namely being diagnosed with leukemia at age 5.
Throughout his journey, Darius turned to baseball. As he said, "it allowed me to overcome feeling alone."
Despite going through various treatments and procedures, he never let cancer stop him from playing ball. Darius said, "there were some times I would be put to sleep for treatment and then be on a baseball field that day or the next with my team".
Darius has overcome great barriers in the name of the game. He said, "I have made my parents, family, friends and doctors proud." You've made all of us proud too, Darius! Read about all the winners today!
